So why are you not exercising?
Maybe you think you don’t have time. But do you have time to be sick? Who has time to be sick and feel horrible? If you think you can’t find time in your day to exercise skip the 10 minutes you spend noodling around on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or however you spend it and get some exercise. You will be grateful once you have done it.
Then take 10 minutes again every day this week to do something physical; walk, jog, climb the stairs at work, stretch, do yoga, do push ups, play outside with your kid, push your baby in the stroller around the block, just find something to do. It will be easier every single day.
